Heads • Join Us On Facebook! • Contact Us / Map  Membership Categories Single Adult – being 18 years or older, full use of all club facilities, no restriction on tee times and can vote at all Shareholder’s meetings as well as hold office on the Board of Directors. Limit is set at 365 members for 2010 Restricted Adult - being 18 years or older, full use of all club facilities, restricted to Monday to Friday excluding Statutory Holidays. Can play on weekends but must pay green fee rates. A Shareholder has voting rights and can hold office. Limit is set at 150 members for 2010 Young Adult - for members 19-25 years of age. Their membership fee is approximately two-thirds of a full member and they must pay the annual capital levy. They are eligible for the weekend/holiday ballot but cannot book a tee time until after 12:00 p.m. Student - for members 19-25 years of age who are currently enrolled in a post secondary institution. Their membership fee is approximately 60% of that of a full member and student members are not required the pay the annual capital levy. Student members are not eligible for the weekend/holiday ballot. They may book weekend and holiday tee times starting on Wednesday evenings after 6:30 p.m. but must commence play on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays after 2:00 p.m. Junior – children between the age of 8 & 18. Juniors can book tee times on weekdays before 4:30 p.m. and after 6:30 p.m. Juniors can play on weekends and holidays after 3:00 p.m. by calling anytime after 7 p.m. on Wednesday of each week to confirm a tee time. As per MHG &CC policy – on weekends and holidays, if accompanied by an adult/parent, a junior can play after 10:00 a.m. Side Notes: At their discretion, the Board of Directors may appoint other types of memberships. The following are the categories in place for 2009. (note: as of the 2006 golf season Adult and Restricted Adult Members must have a share). Junior Memberships: 1. A copy of I.D. showing date of birth is required for Junior categories when registering. 2. A copy of Full-time Student I.D. and D.O.B. I.D. is required for Student category. 3. Voluntary Hole-in-One Insurance - $25. 4. Shares are mandatory for Adult and Restricted memberships. 5. Club storage is thru office $165.00. All Prices add GST.  |
